The SC connector range is ideally suited as termination modules in optical fibre communications systems - long and short haul transmission lines, subscriber networks, computer and network systems.
The unique square design of the SC connector permits high packing density, prevents twisting and eliminates rotation torque on the ferrule endface. A moulded-in protective shroud further reduces the chances of ferrule damage.
