Construction
Conductor : Plain annealed copper, stranded, class 2 as per IEC 60228
Insulation : Flame retardant XLPE compound.
Filler : Non-hygroscopic filler applied at the manufacturer's discretion
Drain wire : 0.5mm²(20/0.18mm) tinned annealed copper wire laid under the laminated aluminium.
Inner sheath : AL/HDPE/PA composed of laminated aluminium (nom. aluminium thickness 0.20mm),
Black HDPE and polyamide layer.
Armour : Galvanised steel wire with binding tape.
Outer sheath : Black coloured PVC compound having flame retardant properties complying to
IEC 60332-3 Cat. A, with oxygen index > 30 to ASTM D2863 : 91 and impregnated with
anti-vermin additive.
